- bloxdirect.com cannot guarantee same day shipping. All orders are subject to a 1-2 business day processing time prior to shipping. The “Estimated Arrival Date” is not a guarantee of when the package will be delivered.
- bloxdirect.com does not process orders on weekends or holidays.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees are for the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded.
- If bloxdirect.com is experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional time for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, Customer Service at bloxdirect.com may contact you via email or telephone.
- Shipping is currently available to the Contiguous United States.
- Shipping carriers that bloxdirect.com uses continue to operate normally where permitted. Due to COVID-19 and other circumstances beyond our control, there may be service interruptions with some shipments causing delays. We highly recommend checking your tracking details daily for shipment updates before contacting the carrier.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

- Delivery delays may occur.
- Delivery is not available to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
